When you request information and/or a brochure through our website, by telephone or in writing, we want to be of service to you as best we can. To this end, we process the personal and contact details provided by you. - To enter into a rental agreement with you;

How long do we keep your data?
Network will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your data are collected. Data provided in the context of a job application will in principle not be retained for longer than 8 weeks after the end of the application procedure, unless the application leads to an employment contract. Personal data in the context of an employment contract will be retained after termination of an employment contract in accordance with the statutory minimum retention period, currently 7 years.
Surveillance camera images will be retained for a period of up to 4 weeks unless criminal offences have been recorded which may serve as evidence. These images will then be retained until the incident is dealt with.
